Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

For the most part, yes. Unfortunately sometimes I might be at mercy of stock components availability, but I'll let you know if it's possible. doesn't hurt to ask.
Once an order has been approved for refund, the refund amount will depend on actual circumstances. EX. restocking fee 10% - 30%. as 8/2020 We will not refund freight as the postal service has issued warnings concerning their freight services /quality issues. once the orders leave our facility we are at the mercy of such services.
